This family owns 5 different properties with a
global surface of 175 ha of vines. They belong to the top 3 of
organic cava-producing wineries in the Penedes-region. The soil is
gravel and limestone. From November till March grazing sheep
manurize the vines. In Spring the company's bee-keeper lets the bees
pollinate the blossoms.
