Grapes were sourced from the Las Mercedes
vineyard, located in Santa Rosa, in the eastern portion of Mendoza,
at nearly 2,500 ft above sea level. Las Mercedes is characterized by
low annual precipitation, excellent exposure to sunlight, and great
differences in day/night temperatures – this yields wines of intense
color, concentration and flavor. Grapes were harvested by hand in
mid March.
