This is the personal project of Capçanes
winemaker Cisco Perello. The vineyards are located in the districts
of Falset (Priorat) and Capçanes at 300 to 700 meters altitude.
Terros is the Catalan name for a small compact peace of soil. This
cuvee is produced from 3 different varietals on 3 different soils.
Garnacha on chalk soils, 96 years old Cariñena on slate soils, 75
years old Syrah on clay soils, 20 years old. Aged for 14 months in
barrel. From 30 to 95 years old vines.
